Q: How to look after your boots?
A: To help prevent initial staining and prolong your adventure with your sheepskin footwear, before use we suggest using a reputable Water & Stain Repellent and apply as per instructions.
Always dry you sheepskin footwear out of direct sunlight and not in direct artificial heat.
Lightly brush in one direction with a very soft bristle suede brush to enhance natural nappa look.
Never put into washing machine!
Q: Should I Wear Socks With UGG Boots?
A: It may sound strange but no! To benefit from the thermostatic properties of sheepskin, UGG Boots should be worn barefoot. This will enable the boots to regulate your body temperature (so that your feet are kept snug and warm in winter and cool in the summer). This will also enable the air to circulate freely moisture to be whicked away.
Q: Can I wear my boots in the rain or snow ?
A: Sheepskin is naturally water resistant, and therefore small amounts of moisture will not seep through or damage it. For more complete protection, we recommend treating products with a Stain and Water Repellent. Boots/shoes with full grain leather uppers are waterproof, but it is still recommended that they be treated.
Q: Do I need to weatherproof my Ugg boots ?
A: Since UGG footwear is made of sheepskin and leather, they are naturally resistant to small amounts of water. We do recommend waterproofing them if you intend on wearing them in heavy snowfall or rain.
Q: How to wash my UGG?
A: Wet entire boot or shoe with cold water. UGG? Shampoo & Conditioner to a clean sponge or soft brush.
Clean entire area thoroughly and evenly. You might use an old toothbrush to help in the washing process. Once you have washed and rinsed the footwear in cold water, place them in your washing machine and put it on a spin cycle for a few minutes just to get rid of the excess water.
Reshape by stuffing with paper towel.
Allow to dry naturally and slowly - DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.
You will notice once the footwear have dried that they have shrunk slightly but this is normal. After wearing them for an hour or so, they will go back to the normal, warm and comfortable state you are used to and at the same time, be clean.

Q: How can I cancel my order if i don't want it any more?
A: In principle,cancellation is not permitted. Because our system has recorded your order and your item has been prepared. Cancellation will mess up our whole work process. but if you insist on cancellation, we will deduct 20% based on your order total amount. Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. hope you understand!

Q: My order has been returned to the sender, but I no longer want it. Can I have a full refund?
A: This mostly resulted from your error shipping address. you need to confirm to our customer service representatives your correct shipping address, we will send you replacement as soon as possilbe. if you don't want it any more, we will deduct 10% based on the price you paid, because we have lost shipping.
